 <p>Searching Manually</p>
 <p>For iOS devices, open the Apple App Store.</p>
 <p>For Android devices, open the Google Play Store.</p>
 <p>Type "Nuance Audio Glasses" into the search bar and press Enter.</p>
 <p>Look for the official Nuance Audio App, typically labeled "Nuance Audio Glasses".</p>
 <p>• Download the App:</p>
 <p>Tap on the App icon to view more details.</p>
 <p>Click the "Install" button (for Android) or "Get" button (for iOS).</p>
 <p>You may be prompted to enter your store account password or use biometric authentication to confirm the installation (as established in you mobile device's settings).</p>

How can I download the Nuance Audio App?

For Android smartphones, it starts from Android 12 with SDK 24, release version 0.4.1 and later.<br/><br/>The Nuance Audio App is not compatible with Huawei smartphones that use the HMS (Huawei Mobile Services) system, as it does not support HMS.</p></div>

Is the Nuance Audio App compatible with any smartphone?

Here’s how:<br/><br/>Check Requirements<br/>Battery Level: Ensure that the battery level of your glasses is above 30%. Firmware updates cannot be performed if the battery is below this level.<br/>Internet Connection: Make sure your mobile device is connected to a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data network.<br/><br/>Access the App<br/>Open the Nuance Audio App on your mobile device.<br/>Click on the icon located at the bottom right of the home page.<br/>Navigate to the "Settings" menu.<br/>In the Settings menu, select the "My Glasses" section.<br/><br/>Check for Firmware Updates<br/>In the "My Glasses" section, you’ll find an interface that displays the current firmware status and any available updates.<br/>The App will notify you on the homepage if a new firmware release is available.</p><p>Perform the Firmware Update<br/>If an update is available, follow the prompts within the App to securely perform the firmware update.<br/><br/>If you encounter any difficulties during the update process, you can contact Nuance Support Center for assistance in performing the firmware update.</p></div>
