If your Remote Plus is unresponsive or does not turn on, the first step is to check if the battery is correctly positioned in its compartment. Alternatively, consider replacing the battery if it's been about six months. To replace the battery:

 1. Open the battery compartment:
Use a pin or toothpick to gently open the battery compartment. <img data-src="media:///caas/v1/media/89864/data/2e5a244bf79a3e312e74071526bc94af/ts-batterycharging-remotecontrolchargingissues-d.png" alt="TS_BatteryCharging_RemoteControlChargingIssues_D">

 2. Replace the battery:
Remove the old battery with a pin or toothpick, and insert a new CR2450 battery, ensuring the correct orientation.

 3. Close the compartment:
Slide the battery compartment door back in place until it clicks securely.

 4. Test the remote:
Try turning it on again. If it's still unresponsive, ensure the new battery is working or explore additional troubleshooting options.
