STEP 2: Press and hold the button for 2 seconds to power the Glasses on again.</div>

How can I force my glasses to restart?

 You can factory reset your glasses in two ways: Using the App a. Open the App. b. In the home page, click on the icon located at the bottom right of the app's home page "Menu". c. Select "Settings". d. Within Settings, select the "My Glasses" section, and scroll down to "Factory Reset". e. Confirm the "Factory Reset". Using the Glasses a. Press the button 7 times during the pairing process. b. The LED on the right temple will turn purple, indicating that the glasses are being factory reset. Important Warning: Please note that performing a factory reset will restore the device to its original factory settings. This includes the following changes: original audio configuration, "Calibration", paired devices. Also, please be aware that after the factory reset operation is completed, it is necessary to wait for 1 minute before turning the glasses on again. Once the factory reset is completed, you will need to: a. Forget the Device in the Nuance App. b. Click on the icon located in the bottom right of the App's home page. Select "Settings", then access the "My Glasses" section, scroll down, and select "Forget these glasses". Please be aware that after the "Forget these glasses" operation is completed, it is necessary to wait for 1 minute before turning the glasses on again. c.
