 • Your glasses may not be turned on. To turn them on, press and hold the multifunction button for about 2 seconds. The LED on the right temple will light up, showing that the glasses are powered on.

 The LED color will also briefly indicate the battery level: • Red – Battery level is 0-20% • Green – Battery level is above 20% If the battery is low, the LED will flash red, and the glasses will turn off when the battery is fully depleted. • Your glasses may have run out of battery. Place the glasses on the charging pad to recharge them. The charging pad’s LED will turn green when the glasses are fully charged (above 96%). Alternatively, if the issue isn't solved and the Glasses are still unresponsive, please follow this procedure to restart the Glasses: STEP 1: Press and hold the button on the right temple for 12 seconds until the Glasses shuts down. Connections: Verify the charging pad is securely connected to the cable, and the cable is firmly connected to the transformer. Loose connections can prevent the pad from working. 3. Use an appropriate power adapter and cable: use a standard USB-C charger or USB-C power source (minimum 5V) to connect the supplied charging pad and USB-C cable 4. Transformer: Ensure the transformer is functioning and not damaged, as a faulty one can disrupt charging.

Altenatively, consider replacing the battery if it's been about six months. To replace the battery: 1.
